Introduction
In order to utilize this site for requesting installations,
take-downs, or re-installations you must first log in. Clicking
on the 'LOGIN' link on the navigation bar on the left hand
side of the screen will prompt you for a USERID and PASSWORD.
Your USERID can be found at the top of you invoice, and passwords
are assigned by MacDaniel Signs. If you need to get a password
please contact
MacDaniel Signs Installations.
Once you are logged in the navigation bar on the left hand
side of your screen will change to show you who you are logged
in as, along with options for Requesting New Installation, List
Existing Installations, Customer Information (still under
construction), Account Information (still under construction),
and a link to Log Out.
New Installations
To request a new installation just click on the appropriate
link on the navigation bar (you will only see this option
once you are logged in). On the next page you will be
prompted for the address
and other required information. If you need any stock riders
just click the 'Riders' check box and you will be prompted for
them on the next page. When done entering information press the
"Save Information" button on the bottom of the form.
Take Downs and Re-Installations
To request a Take Down or Re-Installation you must first
bring up the information on the address in question. Click on the
'List Installations' link in the navigation bar on the left hand
side of the screen to bring up a list of all of your current
installations. If you have many installations you can use the
search feature of your web browser by holding down the CTRL key
and then pressing the F key. You can then type in a part of the
name of the address to find it in the list.
Once you have found the installation click on the Installation ID
number to bring up the details of that installation. On the details
screen there are buttons to request a Take Down or Re-Installation.
If requesting a Re-Installation please type in some information
in the provided text box letting us know why it needs to be
re-installed (ie: post leaning, post fell over).
Confirmation E-Mails
The requests that are entered into the web-site are
downloaded to our office at regular intervals. There they
are reviewed and processed by our installation tracking system.
When they are processed an automatic email confirmation will be
sent back to you letting you know that your request has been
processed.
